Listed below is the CES management team:

  • Joseph D Yavorski (President/CEO)

    Mr. Yavorski obtained his Bachelors of Science in Computer Information Science from Kutztown University in Pennsylvania in 1985.  He went on to earn his Masters Degree in Computer Information Sciences from the University of Phoenix in 1995.  He is a data center architect dealing with not only architecture items but power cooling issues. Mr. Yavorski is President and CEO of Creative Energy Systems and focuses on renewable energy and heat exchangers. 

     

    He has written and overseen Strategic Energy Management Plans (SEMP) for customers and has been the featured speaker at energy conferences for U.S. Government programs.  He has also designed and implemented databases and replication across security domains for large systems supporting over a thousand concurrent user bases. Mr. Yavorski is highly creative and technically proficient with strong analytical, organizational, communicative and detail/follow-through skills and possesses a strong ability to listen to the customers’ desires, providing solutions when applicable.

  • Rod Flores (Senior System Engineer)

     

    Mr. Flores obtained his BS Natural Science Composite Degree from Midland University in Fremont, Nebraska.

    Upon graduation he was employed as a track laborer with the Chicago NorthWestern Railroad, and was promoted through the ranks to various management positions and retired from the Union Pacific Railroad after 32 years of service. Throughout his railroad career he was responsible for track construction, repair, and maintenance. 

    After retirement from the Railroad, Mr. Flores joined Creative Energy Systems with the primary focus on developing and testing of the Molecular Separator Technology, working closely with the MST staff.

    Currently, Mr. Flores is designing and implementing the CES Waste-to-Energy system, focused heavily on processing equipment, site infrastructure development and support equipment procurement.
